Henry W. “Pete” Fulton

On February 1, 2017, Henry W. (“Pete”) Fulton., Jr., became Of Counsel to West & Zuberbuhler, P.C.

Pete has extensive experience handling a variety of legal matters and represents individuals and businesses throughout the Pittsburgh area. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is an armed services veteran, having served in the 2nd Armored Division of the United States Army. After law school, Mr. Fulton practiced in the Pittsburgh law firms of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, and Kenny, Stevens, Clark & Semple. Most recently, he was a shareholder in Laubach & Fulton, LLC. His legal experience includes decades of service as General Counsel for The Refractories Institute in Pittsburgh which serves the steel, aluminum and glass industries both nationally and internationally. His wealth of knowledge and wisdom in the law are invaluable assets to both our clients and Pete’s colleagues at West & Zuberbuhler.

Real Estate: Pete Fulton’s work in the area of Real Estate Law includes the representation of owners of both residential and commercial properties in all types of real estate law matters and litigation and the negotiation and drafting of Agreements of Sale and Purchase.


Estate Planning and Administration: Pete Fulton provides a variety of Estate Planning legal services including the drafting of Wills, Wills with Tax Shelter Trusts, Wills with Trusts for surviving spouses and children, Living Trusts, and the drafting of Financial and Medical Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.
